在线Sun-E节能镀膜玻璃

   在线Sun-E节能镀膜玻璃，是根据中国气候区异常复杂的环境特点，开发的集遮阳与低辐射功能于一体的节能型系列产品。通过特殊膜层快速着色技术赋予产品丰富多彩的色调，在提供低辐射保温性的同时，可控制太阳辐射热进入室内，拥有低的遮阳系数，满足了建筑“节能”和“装饰”的双重需求。该产品化学稳定性好、膜层牢固耐用、可热弯、可钢化、可单片应用，是采用高温热解CVD法制造的“硬镀膜”玻璃。   

   产品颜色系列有水晶灰、水晶蓝、水晶黄、水晶绿等，用户可依据地区环境特点的要求，选用不同色彩及性能的在线Sun-E?玻璃。

在线低辐射镀膜玻璃

   在线低辐射镀膜玻璃（简称在线Low-E），采用世界先进的化学气相沉积（简称CVD）镀膜技术，将镀膜原料以气态形式连续均匀地淀积在高温、洁净、连续移动的浮法玻璃上表面，通过化学反应形成金属氧化物结构的膜层，随着玻璃的冷却，膜层成为玻璃的一部分。稳定的氧化物结构，高温镀膜的特性使得在线Low-E玻璃化学稳定性好、不存在氧化问题；牢固耐用、可热弯、钢化、单片存放。优异的理化性能使得产品的节能效果保持长期稳定，采用在线Low-E基片制作的中空或真空玻璃，即使因密封胶老化开裂，产品失去密封性，膜层也不会变质，低辐射功能不会失效，被称为“硬镀膜”玻璃。

      在线Sun-R节能镀膜玻璃，简称在线Sun-R，是采用浮法在线金属有机物化学气相沉积（MOCVD）镀膜工艺，在高温、洁净、连续移动的浮法玻璃表面连续淀积金属氧化物膜层，随着玻璃的冷却，膜层与玻璃融成一体。该膜层对可见光的吸收非常少，所以具有晶莹剔透的水晶质感。镀在柔色浮法玻璃上，会反射出玻璃颜色的纯净和通透感。该产品膜层结构致密，手感光滑，具有优异的化学稳定性，非常容易热加工，是新型的阳光控制镀膜玻璃，是高档建筑玻璃的理想选择。

      该产品集遮阳、高透过、低反射、易于加工、膜层稳定、装饰功能于一身，为建筑节能和美学理念的追求提供了更为宽泛的选择空间。

高透玻璃

   高透玻璃是可见光透射比≥ 91%、可见光吸收比≤1%、含有特殊抗紫外线因子、精细控制玻璃原料组成和生产工艺，制造的高质量浮法玻璃。

   高透玻璃的产品组合是严寒、寒冷地区建筑节能的必选。质本洁来还洁去，纯净通透、无瑕疵是玻璃的天然本质。CNG高透玻璃本着回归的理念，追求玻璃透光的极致。高透玻璃可见光吸收比不到1%，相比于普通浮法玻璃可见光吸收比约5%，高透玻璃将对光的吸收降低了80%，以晶莹剔透的质感和透光性能优异的内涵，诠释了玻璃“高透节能”和“天然采光”的品质。

   可见光是大自然恩赐给人类的宝贵能源，让更多的可见光留在室内，留给照明，可以缩短电力照明时间，节电是重要的节能指标之一；高透玻璃的太阳红外热能总透射比高，对太阳热吸收少，意味着有更多的太阳辐射热进入室内，可使房间温度升高，在冬季漫长的严寒和寒冷地区应用，能够降低采暖负荷，节能并省钱。

   由于含有特殊的抗紫外线因子，高透玻璃可降低50%以上的紫外线进入室内，解决了超白玻璃不阻挡紫外线的问题。

HIGH TRANSMITTANCE GLASS

    Hightransmittance glass is akind of high quality float glass with visible lighttransmittance ratio higherthan 91% ,and visible light absorption ratio lowerthan 1%, containinga special anti-UV factor.

    Products with highest glasstransparency is the first choiceto achieve energy-saving of buildings in coldareas. High transmittance glassgives a perfect connotation of transparentenergy-saving and natural lighting.It has visible light transmittance morethan 91%, and visible lightabsorption ratio less than 1%, compared to that ofordinary float glass of5%.

    Let more visible light stay in theroom so that the electriclighting could be reduced to achieve energy savingtarget. High transmittanceglass has high total solar infrared energytransmittance which means more solarheat can pass into the room increasingroom temperature. If used in long coldwinter or cold areas, it will reduceheating cost and energy consumption.

    High transmittance glass can blockat least 30% ofultraviolet passing into the room,compared to the traditionalultra-clear glasswhich could not filter out UV.

    The product contains very lowamount of impurity particlessuch as nickel sulfide and elemental silicon. Itstempered product has a verylow explosive rate of less than 2/10，000 (for normal tempered glass, it ishigher than 3/1,000).
